Stephen Keys PTRSStephen is a very experienced Project Practitioner with over 30 years’ involvement in Project Management.  A background in Civil Engineering and Telecommunications has given Stephen a very broad range of experience.  He has worked extensively in the planning design and control of a diverse range of projects and programs. Stephen’s current focus is in delivery of Project Management and Change Management courses and conducting accredited assessments.

Industry Sector Experience

Stephen has worked in a wide variety of industry sectors, including:

Civil Construction - (6 years) Local and State Government in the Design & Construction of road, bridge, drainage, water and sewer projects

Telecommunications – (18 years) D&C of telecom infrastructure, network distribution, inter exchange networks, service delivery construction and faults, contract management, workforce management, complex organisational restructures, process re-engineering, productivity reviews, ITC projects

Training and Education -  (7 years) Considerable experience in Workplace Training, design and delivery of innovative national training programs; including the creation and development of training documentation and user reference guides, as well as certified assessment of trainee competencies.
